1. What is the JustGotMine Network?

JustGotMine (operated by Motivantage) is a decentralized consumer discovery and shopping rewards network. By participating in the Snapshot Program, submitting media, or claiming a shopping reward, you are activating your free JustGotMine Rewards Wallet. Your Rewards Wallet securely stores your historical submissions, tracks your performance metrics, and holds your generated discount codes across our entire ecosystem of participating merchants.


2. The Snapshot Program

The Snapshot Program allows verified buyers of participating merchant stores to submit a photo or short video (a "Snapshot") of their purchase. In return, you establish a performance-based reward loop within your JustGotMine Wallet. You earn native store credit or discounts with the merchant based on how your Snapshot performs — specifically, how many other shoppers use the discount coupon linked to your public Snapshot.


3. Eligibility & Automated Profile Activation

To participate, you must: (a) have placed and paid for a verified order containing the specific product you are submitting a Snapshot for; (b) submit using the exact email address associated with that order; and (c) submit within 30 days of receiving your invitation email. One Snapshot submission is accepted per order line item.

By clicking to submit your Snapshot or clicking to claim an earned reward via your email notification, you securely open your JustGotMine Rewards Wallet linked directly to your verified email address.


4. Submission Window

Your network invitation link is valid for 30 days from the date it was sent. After this window closes, the link expires and no submission can be accepted into your profile.


5. Acceptable Content & User Ownership

You must upload original content that you personally captured. Acceptable submissions include clear, well-lit photos or short videos of the purchased product in real use.

6. Moderation

All submissions are reviewed by automated moderation before being published to the network. Submissions that do not meet content guidelines will be rejected. You have up to 3 submission attempts per reward slot. After 3 failed attempts, the slot is permanently closed and no credit will be issued. If your submission is rejected, you will receive a network email explaining why and, where attempts remain, how to resubmit.


7. How Store Credit is Earned

Once your Snapshot is approved, a unique discount coupon linked to it becomes available to other shoppers on the merchant's storefront and the JustGotMine global hub. Each time another shopper completes a purchase using that coupon, you earn a portion of the discount amount as store credit — up to a maximum cap equal to the value of your original order line item (the "Credit Cap").


8. Credit Cap

Your total store credit earnings cannot exceed the value of your original order line item at the time the reward loop was initialized. This cap is fixed at reward creation and does not change. For example, if you paid $80 for a product, the maximum store credit you can earn across all subsequent network referrals is $80.


9. Return Window & Credit Eligibility

Store credit is not issued immediately after your Snapshot is approved. A waiting period applies that covers the merchant's return window plus a shipping buffer. This ensures that any buyer returns or cancellations are settled before your network credit is finalized. The exact waiting period is determined by the specific merchant's infrastructure settings.


10. Effect of Refunds

If a shopper who used your coupon later returns or cancels their order, the earnings from that referral may be reduced or removed from your total balance. This deduction occurs before your final store credit is issued to your wallet. If the return window has already closed and credit has been issued, adjustments may not be possible.


11. Secure Credit Issuance

Once the waiting period ends and your earnings are finalized, you will receive an automated notification to your email. Clicking your personal claim link securely verifies your identity via your email access and instantly generates your merchant store credit coupon code inside your wallet. Credit codes are issued by the merchant and are subject to the merchant's coupon expiry policy. Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.


12. Global Content License & Platform Moat

By submitting a Snapshot, you grant JustGotMine a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, copy, transmit, and distribute your Snapshot across the JustGotMine platform ecosystem.

Your Snapshot represents independent, user-generated content that remains a permanent asset of the JustGotMine global discovery feed even if the original merchant deactivates our software, uninstalls the application, or terminates their commercial account.


13. Data Privacy, Anonymization, and the 280-Day Clean Lifecycle

JustGotMine values your privacy and enforces an aggressive data-minimization architecture:

The Active Phase: For up to 280 days following snapshot initialization, the platform maintains your email address and order tracking number to validate transactions, execute fraud checks, track multi-generational referral analytics, and securely manage your account profile.

The Automated "Public Skeleton" Clean: Your profile automatically executes a data-stripping cycle 280 days from initial snapshot initialization. Your personal email address and exact order IDs are permanently purged and nullified from our active tracking databases.

The Safe Public Asset: Following the 280-day purge, your snapshot transitions into an anonymous "Public Skeleton" asset. The raw media, your caption, the product name, and the storefront backlink will remain live on the public feed. Because all personal identifiers are completely destroyed, this media is entirely anonymous and no longer constitutes personal data. Your name and private checkout details are never displayed publicly.


14. Program Availability

The Snapshot Program infrastructure is provided by JustGotMine. Merchants may enable or disable the on-store storefront widget at any time. JustGotMine and participating merchants reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate widget operations with or without notice. Ongoing, active rewards inside a consumer's JustGotMine Wallet at the time of a store widget termination will be honored where technically feasible.


15. Disputes & Platform Limitations

Any disputes regarding specific product quality, shipping, or merchant credit fulfillment policies should first be directed to the merchant. If unresolved, you may contact JustGotMine support via the central Help Center. JustGotMine and Motivantage act as decentralized platform and network providers and are not directly responsible for individual store credit code validity issued by independent merchant billing engines.
