Motivantage LLC operates Motivantage.com, JustGotMine.com, and the JustGotMine application integrations for e-commerce platforms including Shopify and WooCommerce. Unlike standard single-store plugins, JustGotMine operates a decentralized consumer shopping rewards network. When a consumer submits a photo or video asset (a "Snapshot") or interacts with our email reward loop, they establish a direct relationship with us and activate a free JustGotMine Rewards Wallet associated with their verified email address. This policy details how data behaves within that network ecosystem.

JustGotMine enforces a strict data-minimization architecture designed to automatically clear personal information from our system while preserving our public discovery network.
Active Phase (Days 1 to 280): For exactly 280 days from the initial creation of a reward slot, we maintain the consumer's raw email address and order tracking metadata. This allows us to protect the system against reward fraud, manage multi-month coupon loops, track deep referral analytics for active merchants, and allow consumers to access their earned rewards.
The Automated "Public Skeleton" Clean (Day 281+): Exactly 280 days after ingestion, our database automatically executes a data-stripping cycle. The consumer's personal email address and exact order identification numbers are permanently deleted and nullified from our active tracking databases.
The Permanent Public Asset: Following the 280-day purge, the remaining media, caption, product name, and store referral link transition into a permanent, anonymous "Public Skeleton" asset on justgotmine.com. Because all personal identifiers have been completely destroyed, this asset is entirely anonymous, no longer constitutes personal data under global regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), and remains an independent fixture of our global feed even if a merchant subsequently deactivates our software.
Anonymized Business Metrics: Aggregated financial figures, transaction values, and performance counters are tied strictly to the merchant profile, contain zero personal data, and are retained indefinitely to preserve historical business and financial accounting records.

Merchants may configure, pause, or remove the JustGotMine storefront widget at any time. If a merchant uninstalls the integration and executes an official platform data-erasure request (such as a Shopify shop/redact mandate), our backend will immediately execute the automated stripping script for all active tracking lines associated with that store — instantly nullifying active consumer emails and order numbers to ensure absolute platform compliance.
Our services are not intended for or directed toward individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that a child has submitted data to our network, we will purge it from our active systems immediately.
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect modifications to our network features or evolving global compliance requirements. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be amended accordingly upon update.
