Motivantage LLC operates Motivantage.com, JustGotMine.com, and the JustGotMine application integrations for e-commerce platforms including Shopify and WooCommerce. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information from both participating merchants and the consumers who interact with our shopping rewards network.

By using our websites, applications, or network integrations, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. The JustGotMine Network Model

Unlike standard single-store plugins, JustGotMine operates a decentralized consumer shopping rewards network. When a consumer submits a photo or video asset (a "Snapshot") or interacts with our email reward loop, they establish a direct relationship with us and activate a free JustGotMine Rewards Wallet associated with their verified email address. This policy details how data behaves within that network ecosystem.

2. Information We Collect

A. Merchant Business Data

We collect information necessary to operate, bill, and maintain the JustGotMine service for integrated storefronts, including:

Store URL, platform type (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), and configuration settings.
Store contact email and secure, encrypted API access tokens.
Aggregated transaction metadata (order values, referral tracking counts, and commission totals) to maintain the store's performance billing ledger.

B. Consumer & Network Wallet Information

When a consumer submits a Snapshot or claims a reward loop, we collect:

The original photo or video asset uploaded by the consumer, alongside any optional descriptive text captions.
The consumer's verified email address and associated order identification metadata (provided via merchant integration to validate the purchase).
Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, and browser metadata (utilized strictly for fraud prevention, system security, and validation).

We do not collect or store passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive financial data.

3. How We Use Information

We utilize the collected data to:

Authenticate user identity via secure email validation to grant instant access to a consumer's digital Rewards Wallet.
Verify legitimate retail purchases, prevent duplicate submissions, and detect network fraud.
Generate and display public, high-converting social proof assets across participating storefronts and the central hub at justgotmine.com.
Calculate aggregate, long-term store performance charts and process application billing metrics.
Provide support, communicate service infrastructure updates, and comply with legal obligations.

We never sell personal data, we do not share raw customer databases between competing merchants, and we do not use your personal uploads for third-party targeted advertising.

4. Data Retention & The 280-Day "Auto-Strip" Lifecycle

JustGotMine enforces a strict data-minimization architecture designed to automatically clear personal information from our system while preserving our public discovery network.

Active Phase (Days 1 to 280): For exactly 280 days from the initial creation of a reward slot, we maintain the consumer's raw email address and order tracking metadata. This allows us to protect the system against reward fraud, manage multi-month coupon loops, track deep referral analytics for active merchants, and allow consumers to access their earned rewards.

The Automated "Public Skeleton" Clean (Day 281+): Exactly 280 days after ingestion, our database automatically executes a data-stripping cycle. The consumer's personal email address and exact order identification numbers are permanently deleted and nullified from our active tracking databases.

The Permanent Public Asset: Following the 280-day purge, the remaining media, caption, product name, and store referral link transition into a permanent, anonymous "Public Skeleton" asset on justgotmine.com. Because all personal identifiers have been completely destroyed, this asset is entirely anonymous, no longer constitutes personal data under global regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), and remains an independent fixture of our global feed even if a merchant subsequently deactivates our software.

Anonymized Business Metrics: Aggregated financial figures, transaction values, and performance counters are tied strictly to the merchant profile, contain zero personal data, and are retained indefinitely to preserve historical business and financial accounting records.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / Global Compliance)

We process data under the following legal frameworks:

Consent: When a consumer voluntarily uploads a Snapshot or clicks an email link to claim a reward, they grant explicit consent to initialize their profile and host their media.
Contractual Necessity: When a merchant installs the application, data processing is required to fulfill our service agreement.
Legitimate Interest: Processing limited data fields for security auditing, multi-store fraud detection, and transactional verification.

6. How We Protect Information

We deploy industry-standard safeguards to secure network data:

Data is encrypted in transit using secure HTTPS protocols.
Media files and structural data are encrypted at rest using isolated Google Cloud Storage infrastructure.
Strict access controls, secure API token handling, and closed storage buckets are enforced to prevent unauthorized data leaks.
No third-party marketing trackers or tracking pixels are permitted on consumer upload or claim pages.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not rent or sell information. We only share essential data assets with trusted infrastructure subprocessors bound by strict data-protection contracts:

Cloud hosting and database providers (Google Cloud Platform).
Secure transactional email delivery systems.
Integrated app store billing systems (Shopify/WooCommerce billing modules).

8. Consumer Rights

Because your JustGotMine Rewards Wallet is established with direct consent, your network rights are managed independently:

You may request access to, correction of, or the immediate manual deletion of your personal email data or active snapshots before the automated 280-day clean cycle triggers.

9. Merchant Rights & Integration Webhooks

Merchants may configure, pause, or remove the JustGotMine storefront widget at any time. If a merchant uninstalls the integration and executes an official platform data-erasure request (such as a Shopify shop/redact mandate), our backend will immediately execute the automated stripping script for all active tracking lines associated with that store — instantly nullifying active consumer emails and order numbers to ensure absolute platform compliance.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for or directed toward individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that a child has submitted data to our network, we will purge it from our active systems immediately.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect modifications to our network features or evolving global compliance requirements. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be amended accordingly upon update.
